Wedding Coordination Packages

'Day of Wedding Coordination' are what our packages used to be called but lets be honest we have always done more then just 'day of' coordination. So much work goes into planning the perfect day. Grand Jour Events will give ourselves as much time as your wedding requires to become deeply familiar with all your wedding ideas, vision and needs. Based on our experience 8-12 weeks prior to your wedding has been the sweet spot timeline wise, although some weddings may require more or less preparation. We are here to help make your big day stress free from the moment you book, answering questions, giving vendor recommendations or any small detail that you need assistance with. Typically we really get to work 3 months out from your wedding creating the timeline and set up list.

Bronze - $1,450


Up to 6 hours of day of coordination for up to 175 guests. Add an additional $100 if over 175 guests.

Silver - $1,650

Up to 8 hours of day of coordination for up to 225 guests. Add an additional $100 if over 225 guests.

2 hours of set up for up to  250 guests. Add an additional $100 if over 250 guests. Most weddings require 2-4 hours for set up. Additional hours are $125 per hour.

Set up Only
 

For the Wedding Couple that has everything handled but needs a little extra help setting up. Is your set up schedule tight? Do you want your friends and family to enjoy the day instead of working?  Does your venue not set up your personal items? Let GJE help make sure your vision comes to life!

This set up package includes a set up list and 2 hours of set up time. Each additional hour is $125. Most weddings depending on your set up needs require 2-4 hours of set up.

    Typical set up items  include:

-DIY Centerpieces/Guest table decor, Favors, Signage, Escort cards, Place cards, Table numbers, Guestbook table, Welcome table, Head table decor, Ect
.

The set up package does not include end of the night clean up/breakdown.


                                      

                 


Please note with ALL packages GJE will  not be responsible for setting up tables, chairs, arches, backdrops, large installments or anything hanging from the ceiling.
