Unfortunately due to the pandemic and the impact it has had on the event industry, weddings look a bit different these days. Intimate weddings are trending,  having a smaller guest list is a safer way to get married in light of the coronavirus pandemic. Grand Jour Events wanted to offer our brides a new services that allows you to still have  gorgeous wedding flowers while you say 'I Do' at your elopement or intimate ceremony.

There is a difference between an elopement and intimate weddings. Elopement is defined as running away secretly in order to get married, traditionally it is just the couple and their officiant. Intimate weddings are traditional weddings done on a smaller scale. The couple will invite 25-50 people, sometimes even less. There will be a ceremony followed by a reception, with the same vendors, schedule and details of a larger wedding but done to suit a smaller guest list.

Whether you have chosen to elope and have your larger celebration at a later date or you have decided to go ahead with your current plans just on a smaller scale GJE is here for you! You may have had to downsize of your celebration but you don't have to do without gorgeous flowers!
